How I Sprout Seeds

I soak them for a night then you rinse two or three times a day and you can feed them as soon as they sprout of wait until they are bigger.

Thank you for the information. I have more simple way:
1. Clean orange juice or milk box (tetrapak)
2. put seed inside and small amount of water
3. keep it  in wet area
4. in two days, it is ready
